Overview

Kit Chong is an associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution group based in London. His practice includes complex cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration, with a particular focus on the latter.

Kit Chong represents and advises clients from a variety of industries in commercial, construction, and investment treaty disputes. He has experience in arbitration proceedings conducted both on an ad hoc basis and under the rules of major arbitral institutions.

Kit Chong joined White & Case as a trainee solicitor, during which time he also sat with the White Collar/Investigations team and gained experience in matters relating to cybercrime, money laundering, fraud, bribery and corruption.

Assisting the team in an ICSID arbitration under the DR-CAFTA arising from two US claimants' investments in the gold mining industry.
