• Innergex: Representation of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) in connection with the French aspects of the definitive agreement entered into with Innergex Renewable Energy Inc., a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for the acquisition by CDPQ of all of the shares of Innergex.
• Vesta: Representation of lenders and bond subscribers in relation to the €606m refinancing of the existing debt of Proxiserve (a leading energy services player) and financing of Proxiserve's capex and working capital requirements.
• Meridiam: Representation of Meridiam on a legal vendor due diligence matter on Allego.

Infrastructure

• Iliad: Representation of the lenders on a €650 million senior financing for OpCore, a joint venture between the iliad Group and InfraVia created to develop a major independent European hyperscale data center platform.
