Biography
Lauren is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group in London, where her practice focuses on cross-border restructurings, insolvencies, distressed debt investments and financings, and other special situations work.
Lauren transferred to London in 2023 from the Firm's New York office, where her practice included a range of bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including representations of debtors, creditors, purchasers, and other interested parties in chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, and related transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Lauren was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
