Representation of the Department of Energy in respect of the Renewable Energy IPP Procurement Programme, including programme design, drafting of procurement documentation, responding to bidder queries, bid evaluation, preparation of contractual documentation, responding to bidder change requests, preparation for financial close, ad hoc advice to the Department of Energy on all legal matters arising during design and implementation of the IPP Procurement Programme.
