Biography

Overview

Louise is a member of the firm’s EU law practice in Brussels and advises clients on all aspects of European and Swedish competition law.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2020, Louise worked as a senior expert and case handler at the Swedish Competition Authority, where she managed antitrust investigations covering a broad range of practices and industries, led dawn raid teams and worked on reports and sector inquiries into digital markets. In addition, she was a regular speaker and moderator at conferences.

Along with her role as a case handler, Louise frequently acted as an expert and adviser to the Swedish Government in competition policy and regulatory matters in digital markets. In 2017, she was appointed as a national competition law expert to the Swedish Government in a proceeding before the Court of Justice.

Louise has several years of professional experience from Brussels, including working as an associate at the Brussels office of one of Sweden’s leading law firms.

Louise holds Master of Laws degrees from the College of Europe and the University of Gothenburg and a law degree from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
