Maximilian is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice at the Firm's Hamburg office.
Maximilian advises national and international corporate clients including (listed) corporations, medium-sized companies, private equity firms and other financial sponsors and institutions on all aspects of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, equity investments and co-investments, disposals, public takeovers, and general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate, Maximilian gathered vast professional experience in advising Private Equity clients during his legal clerkship in the Firm's Dubai office.
