Overview

Mhairi is an associate in the White Collar team in London. She advises both companies and individuals in relation to national and international regulatory, criminal and enforcement matters. She has advised on government and regulatory investigations relating to allegations of bribery and corruption, fraud, market abuse and cartel activity.

Mhairi has also been involved in a number of pro bono matters, including strategising a legal and political defence for a Nobel Peace Prize winner.
