Biography
Natalie Tribble is an associate in White & Case's Global Project Development and Finance Practice Group based in Houston. She represents clients in a variety of complex business transactions in the energy industry, including offshore and onshore wind generation facilities and other projects in the renewable power industry; carbon capture, sequestration, and utilization projects; hydrogen projects; and pipelines and other midstream facilities. She serves energy companies, private equity investors and financial institutions in transactions including acquisitions and dispositions of assets and companies, project finance and development, and joint ventures.
Experience
Representation of a large midstream company in development of a clean fuels gathering and production project to produce renewable natural gas from fugitive coal mine methane gas.*
Representation of Arroyo Energy Investment Partners LLC in the sale of two US electric power generation investments, Brandywine and Broad River. The sale includes more than 1,100 MW of power generation.*
Representation of Equinor in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and conditional grant agreements with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) in support of the 1,260 MW Empire Wind 2 and the 1,230 MW Beacon Wind projects.*
Representation of Navigator CO2 Ventures LLC in the development of an industrial scale carbon capture pipeline system of more than 1,200 miles of new carbon dioxide pipeline across five Midwest states with the capability of permanently storing up to 5 million metric tons of carbon dioxide per year.*
Representation of Rockland Capital, LLC in the acquisition of the Chalk Point Power Facility, a 1,613 MW natural gas and diesel fuel oil-fired electric power facility located near Aquasco, Maryland, and the Dickerson Power Facility, a 294 MW natural gas and diesel fuel oil-fired electric power facility located near Dickerson, Maryland, from an affiliate of Olympus Power, LLC.*
Representation of PLT Energia in the joint venture with GGS Energy LLC to develop more than 1 GW of renewable energy in Texas.*
Representation of Global Infrastructure Partners in the formation of OW Ocean Winds East Holdings, LLC, a joint venture with OW North America LLC, to develop an offshore wind project offshore New York and that secured one of six leases in the New York Bight offshore wind auction.*
