Representation of dMY Technology Group, Inc. IV (NYSE: DMYQ), a SPAC, in its US$2.8 billion acquisition of Planet Labs Inc., a leading provider of daily data and insights about Earth.

Representation of Sixth Street Partners, LLC, a global investment firm, in its US$405 million acquisition of PDP assets from Laredo Petroleum, Inc., a company focused on exploration in the Permian basin.

Representation of Waste Management, Inc. in connection with its acquisition via merger of Advanced Disposal Services, Inc. for US$30.30 per share in cash, representing a total enterprise value of US$4.6 billion, additionally including the related US$835 million sale of certain assets and equity interests of Waste Management and Advanced Disposal to GFL Environmental.
