Neal is an Associate in our global Tax practice based in London.

Neal advises corporates, investment funds, private equity houses and financial institutions on the tax aspects of cross-border mergers and investments, acquisitions involving both share sales and asset sales, and reorganisations.

Neal also advises on cross-border VAT issues, stamp duty and real estate taxes.

Prior to joining White & Case, Neal worked at leading firms in the UK and Australia.
