Neeraj Gupta

Neeraj Gupta is an associate in the Global Intellectual Property practice group, based in Boston. He supports clients in the life sciences with their intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent litigation and regulatory compliance.

Neeraj has an active pro-bono practice that covers patent licensure for startups, reproductive rights, and civil rights litigation.

While in law school, Neeraj held an intellectual property clinical placement at York University's start-up incubator where he counseled entrepreneurs on patent and trademark matters.

Prior to law school, Neeraj completed a master's degree in pharmacology and toxicology and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He worked as a clinical pharmacist at a teaching hospital in Ontario, Canada.
