• Biocon Biologics Limited on its maiden issuance of US$800 million 6.67% senior secured notes due 2029 through its subsidiary Biocon Biologics Global plc based on a combined Rule 144A and Regulation S offering format. The notes were guaranteed by Biocon Biologics Limited and certain of its other subsidiaries.
