Nick joined White & Case in 2018 as an associate in the Transactional practice group of the Brussels office, focusing on private equity and M&A.
Nick holds master's degrees from KU Leuven and Harvard Law School. Prior to joining White & Case, he worked as a doctoral researcher at KU Leuven, where he wrote a PhD dissertation on shareholders' agreements.
Additionally, Nick worked as Assistant Professor at China-EU School of Law in Beijing for 8 months, where he taught International Business Law.
Nick regularly publishes articles on company law, corporate governance and commercial contracts in both national and international legal journals.
