Biography
Nicklas Sjölund is an associate in our Debt Finance practice in Stockholm and joined White & Case in 2025.
Prior to joining White & Case, Nicklas studied law at Stockholm University and worked, during his studies, as a paralegal in the legal department at DNB.
Experience
Representation as to English and Swedish law of Atlas Copco AB (publ) and Atlas Copco Finance DAC, a Swedish-based global industrial tools and equipment company, on the annual update of its US$6 billion euro medium term note (EMTN) programme.
Representation as to English and Swedish law of Atlas Copco AB (publ), a Sweden-based global industrial tools and equipment company, on the tender offer by Atlas Copco for up to €250 million of its €500 million outstanding 0.625% notes due 2026 issued under its US$6 billion euro medium term note (EMTN) programme. Citigroup and SEB acted as dealer managers on the tender offer.
Representation as to English and Swedish law of Atlas Copco AB (publ) (Atlas Copco), a Swedish industrial tools and equipment company, on the issuance by Atlas Copco Finance DAC of €300 million 3.500% notes due 2035, guaranteed by Atlas Copco, under its US$6 billion euro medium term note (EMTN) programme. Citigroup, Danske Bank and SEB acted as joint lead managers on the notes offering.
