White & Case advises H&M on €500 million senior unsecured notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised global fashion retailer Hennes & Mauritz AB (H&M) on the issuance of €500 million senior unsecured notes due 2033.

The notes were issued under H&M's €2 billion Euro Medium Term Note programme, updated in October 2025. The proceeds will used for general corporate purposes.

BNP Paribas, Banco Bilbao, Citigroup, Danske Bank and Svenska Handelsbanken acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners on the notes offering.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Michael Bark-Jones (Stockholm) and included associates Jakob Matell and Nicklas Sjölund (both Stockholm) and trainee Emmanuel Sebbag (London).
