White & Case advises Dott and Tier Mobility on senior secured floating rate bonds issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Dott and its parent company Tier Mobility SE on the issuance of senior secured floating rate bonds due 2029.

The net proceeds of the bonds were used to refinance Dott's existing financing arrangements and will also fund investments in new e-scooters and e-bikes, supporting its growth in sustainable transportation.

Dott is a leading European micromobility provider, offering a fleet of more than 250,000 e-scooters and e-bikes to more than ten million users in over 400 cities across 21 countries in Europe and the Middle East.
