Biography
Padraic Daly is an associate in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions team in London, specialising in Private Equity.
Padraic advises private equity sponsors, corporates, and founders on both domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, as well as supporting private equity-backed portfolio companies on general corporate law matters throughout their investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining White & Case, Padraic spent eight months on secondment with GHO Capital Partners LLP, a leading specialist healthcare investment firm based in London.

Representation of AG Grid Holdings on the strategic partnership between AG Grid Ltd, a software company specializing in advanced data grid solutions for web applications and Adelis Equity Partners portfolio company, Bryntum.
Representation of Bridgepoint:
- and its portfolio company SK AeroSafety Group on certain aspects of its acquisitions of Frontline S.r.l. and Reheat Aero Limited;
- on its acquisition of Fera Science, a national and international centre of excellence for interdisciplinary investigation and problem solving across plant and bee health, crop protection, sustainable agriculture, food and feed quality and chemical safety in the environment;* and
- its acquisition of SK AeroSafety Group, a global leader in aviation safety component maintenance, repair and overhaul services.*
Representation of EQT:
- as part of a consortium on the acquisition of Nord Anglia Education, valuing the business at $14.5 billion;* and
