Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bridgepoint and its portfolio company Achilles, a global leader in supply chain risk and performance management, on its agreement to acquire Cm3, a leading provider of software services for contractor management in the Australian market and part of the Blackwoods Group in Wesfarmers' Bunnings division.
Upon completion, the acquisition will enhance Achilles' ability to help organisations manage risk across both their supplier and contractor ecosystems by combining Cm3's deep expertise in contractor compliance and workforce safety with Achilles' broader supply chain intelligence capabilities.
Achilles' growth is supported by its majority shareholder Bridgepoint, one of the world's leading mid-market investors, which partnered with the company in 2021 through its lower mid-market franchise Bridgepoint Development Capital.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Caroline Sherrell (Sydney) and Helen Croke (London) and included partner Nicholas Boyle (Sydney) and associates Eliza Unger, Claire Kermond and Isabella Tziolis (both Sydney) and Padraic Daly (London).
