Biography

Overview

Paul advises lenders, borrowers and project sponsors on the development, financing and acquisition of major energy and infrastructure projects. He has particular experience in offtake agreements and financing large-scale conventional and renewable energy projects.

Paul is currently counsel in the Firm's Melbourne office and a member of the Firm's Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group, a global team dedicated to providing business and strategic advice to clients regarding financing transactions, which enable the completion of major projects.
