White & Case elects 45 new partners for 2026

Global law firm White & Case LLP promoted 45 lawyers to its partnership today. The new partner class includes representatives of 12 of the Firm's practices across 20 of its offices in 14 countries throughout the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.

The promotions are effective on January 1, 2026.

Americas (12 new partners)

  • Andrea Amulic has been named a partner in our Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. Based in New York, Andrea advises corporations, secured and unsecured creditors, equity investors and other parties in out-of-court and in-court liability management and restructuring matters.
  • Isabella Bellera Landa has been named a partner in our International Arbitration Practice. Based in Washington, DC, Isabella represents clients in international investment and commercial litigation and arbitration disputes globally.
  • Patrick Conlon has been named a partner in our Litigation Practice. Based in Chicago, Patrick represents clients in high-stakes, complex commercial, business tort and class action litigations across the US.
  • Amy Conners has been named a partner in the Office of General Counsel. Based in New York, Amy is Deputy General Counsel, Head of Claims and Investigations, advising the Firm and its lawyers and professionals on claims and investigations, information requests, insurance matters and professional responsibility issues.
  • Russell Gould has been named a partner in our Litigation Practice. Based in Los Angeles, Russell represents clients in high-stakes litigation and complex business disputes in federal and state courts and arbitrations.
  • Jane Kim has been named a partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Based in New York, Jane advises corporations and private equity funds on mergers, acquisitions and equity investments, with experience advising companies and debt holders in distressed M&A transactions.
  • Ben Ludewig has been named a partner in our Debt Finance Practice. Based in New York, Ben advises investment banks, commercial banks, private credit funds and other alternative credit providers on US and cross-border corporate finance transactions.
  • Jessica Lynd has been named a partner in our Trade Practice. Based in Washington, DC, Jessica advises on trade law with a focus on US customs law compliance and customs dispute resolution.
  • Luisa Muskus has been named a partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Based in Houston, Luisa advises clients on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on joint ventures and private equity investments.
  • Kelly Newman has been named a partner in our Antitrust Practice. Based in Boston, Kelly represents clients in federal and state courts in complex criminal and civil antitrust litigation, as well as before regulatory agencies.
  • Evan Rahn has been named a partner in our Debt Finance Practice. Based in Chicago, Evan advises private credit providers, major commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on leveraged corporate finance and M&A transactions.
  • Samantha Rozell has been named a partner in our Employment, Compensation & Benefits Practice. Based in Chicago, Samantha focuses on employment, compensation and benefits issues in private equity and M&A transactions, as well as advisory work for private company management teams and private equity sponsors.

EMEA (28 new partners)

  • Alexander Berlin-Jarhamn has been named a partner in our Debt Finance Practice. Based in Stockholm, Alexander works across a broad range of sponsor finance transactions, with a focus on cross-border leveraged buyouts in the Nordics.
  • Heidi Blomqvist has been named a partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Based in Stockholm, Heidi advises private equity clients and other financial sponsors on a range of international transactions, with a particular focus on the infrastructure sector.
  • Mathias Bogusch has been named a partner in our Intellectual Property Practice. Based in Frankfurt, Mathias focuses on complex cross-border commercial transactions with a focus on technology agreements and the financial services sector.
  • Joshua Cohen has been named a partner in our Project Development and Finance Practice. Based in Doha, Joshua advises on transactions in the energy, petrochemicals, power and water sectors, with a focus on the commercial and project development aspects of such transactions.
  • Nick Crawford has been named a partner in our Project Development and Finance Practice.   • Joshua Crawley has been named a partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.   • Nathaniel Crowley has been named a partner in our Debt Finance Practice. Based In Hong Kong, Nathaniel advises financial institutions, sovereigns and funds across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East on equity, credit, foreign exchange and rates derivatives and related structured products.
  • Manley Leung has been named a partner in our Debt Finance Practice. Based in Hong Kong, Manley advises on leveraged, structured, real estate and special situation financings and financial restructurings, with experience advising Chinese and Taiwanese banks on expansion plans in the US.
  • Paul Marshall has been named a partner in our Project Development and Finance Practice. Based in Melbourne, Paul advises on energy and infrastructure financings, with a focus on renewable power generation and storage.
