Biography
Pauline Abbouche is an associate in the Project Development & Finance practice of White & Case in Paris.
Her practice focuses on public regulation, procurement contracts and environmental law.
Prior to joining White & Case, Pauline acquired experience in several leading law firms in Paris.
Experience
- Representation of Mirova on Solveo Energies' strategic fundraising of nearly €100 million.
- Representation of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) in connection with the French aspects of the definitive agreement entered into with Innergex Renewable Energy Inc., a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for the acquisition by CDPQ of all of the shares of Innergex.
- Representation of the lenders on the €53 million financing for the construction by Lhyfe of four green hydrogen production sites located in France and Germany. This is the first transaction of its kind in Europe.
- Representation of the lenders in the financing of a portfolio of 6 hydrogen projects in France and Germany.*
- Representation of an asset management company on the acquisition of a stake in a company developing and operating 38 renewable energy projects (solar and wind).*
