Biography
Paweł Ostrowski is an Associate in the Debt Finance Practice in the Warsaw office of White & Case. He is an attorney-at-law with over 10 years of professional experience, advising on the financing of a wide range of investment projects. Paweł regularly represents borrowers, lenders, investors, sponsors, and senior management in matters relating to acquisition finance, corporate finance, margin loans, mezzanine debt, M&A, private equity, and management buy-outs. He also advises managers and major shareholders on day-to-day corporate operations and risk management in connection with transactions.
