Rashad is a litigation associate based in the Firm's Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court workouts.
Rashad is actively involved in Pro Bono work. He has assisted on a variety of matters, including securing prisoner and veterans' rights.
Rashad earned his JD from The University of Michigan Law School where he was a Dean's Scholar and an Advanced Student Attorney in the Civil-Criminal Litigation Clinic.
Prior to his legal career, Rashad served in the United States Army as a Human Intelligence Specialist, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
