Advised the bank consortium on the post-IPO financing of Befesa S.A. The financing with a total volume of EUR 636 million consists of an institutional term loan B, a revolving credit facility and a guarantee facility.

Advised a consortium of banks led by Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan on the complex refinancing of Senvion group with a total volume of €1.35 billion. The refinancing consists of a €400 million high yield bond, a secured Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility of €125 million and a secured Multicurrency Letter of Guarantee Facility of €825 million.
Advised the Mandated Lead Arrangers BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and UniCredit Bank AG on the acquisition financing for SGB-SMIT Beteiligungs GmbH by private equity investor One Equity Partners. Seller is private equity firm BC Partners. The total financing volume is €590 million.
