Rebecca Ling is an associate in the Firms' Investment Funds practice in the Hong Kong office.  Rebecca has a variety of experience assisting and advising fund managers on establishing and structuring both open and closed- end private funds, including hedge, private equity, real estate and special situations funds, and also transactional experience including public and private mergers & acquisitions.
