Biography
Rebeccas is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Group in the New York office. Her practice focuses on representing owners and developers in the construction of large-scale domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects. Rebecca advises on all aspects of the project lifecycle from initial procurement through project execution. She has experience in the preparation and negotiation of major project documents including basic engineering and design, FEED, equipment supply, EPC, design-build and long-term service agreements.

Texas LNG (a Glenfarne affiliate) on the development and EPC with Kiewiet for its 4 mtpa LNG export facility in Texas.
Wabash Valley Resources on the development and EPC with Samsung E&A for the US$1.56 billion DOE loan financing for its first-of-a-kind blue ammonia fertilizer facility in Indiana.
Standard Lithium (in a joint venture with Equinor) on the development, EPCM with Wood and EPCC with S&B of a first-of-a-kind direct lithium extraction processing project in Arkansas.
