Rebecca Zatterstrom is a professional support lawyer in the Firm's Banking group and joined the London office in August 2009. Her experience includes advising banks, other financial institutions, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on leveraged acquisition finance and financial restructurings. Rebecca has spent time on secondment in the Firm's Paris and Stockholm offices.

Advising Castik Capital on the take private acquisition of Waterlogic plc, a leading provider of point-of-use water purification dispensers.

Advising Oaktree Capital in relation to the debt financing aspects of its acquisition of SACO.

Advising Brammer plc in relation to the debt financing aspects of its acquisition of Lönne Holding AS and its subsidiaries, and on the subsequent refinancing of their €120 million multicurrency revolving loan facility with Lloyds Bank plc, KBC Bank N.V., London Branch and ING Bank N.V., London Branch as Arrangers.

Advising FSN Capital in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Kjell & Co.

Advising Babson Capital Global Advisors Limited, CIT Bank Limited, GE Corporate Finance Bank SAS, HSBC Bank plc and Investec Bank plc as arrangers in connection with a £64 million senior facilities agreement refinancing the equity-funded acquisition by Montagu Private Equity LLP of CliniSys Group, a pan-European supplier of IT systems to clinical laboratories, from ECI Partners.

Advising Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, Rabobank, ING and ABN Amro, in connection with their financing of the €1.212 billion take-private acquisition by vehicles controlled by Advent International Corporation of shares in Mediq N.V., a Dutch-listed international provider of medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

Advising Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch as facility agent, arranger and lender in relation to an English law senior secured term loan facility to ALMC hf. (formerly Icelandic investment bank Straumur-Burdaras Investment Bank hf.) in a refinancing of Icelandic government-guaranteed debt.
