Overview

Ryan is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency group. Ryan's practice focuses primarily on corporate bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors, and other interest parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, cross-border proceedings, and related transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Ryan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan S. Trust, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
