Ryan Gawrych is a senior associate in our Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group based in London.
Ryan is an experienced energy and resources lawyer and advises clients on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, development arrangements, farm-ins, tolling, offtake, marketing and sales, operation and maintenance arrangements, asset and infrastructure sharing arrangements, licensing and concessions, access, transportation, commercial contracts and sanctions and compliance.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ryan worked in the Project Development and Finance practice of another City law firm, where he split his time between London and Abu Dhabi.
