Biography

Overview

Ryuk Park is an IP associate in White & Case's Palo Alto office. Ryuk is a member of the IP Litigation group with a focus on patent litigation in United States District Courts and the United States International Trade Commission, as well as administrative actions before the United States Patent & Trademark Office's Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Ryuk also advises clients on patent licensing negotiations and technology agreement negotiations.

Ryuk's practice covers a wide range of technology areas, including semiconductor circuit design, fabrication and packaging, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and computer software.

Ryuk earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School. He received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University.

Before becoming an attorney, Ryuk worked as an engineer for a global consumer electronics company, where he designed complex video system-on-chips and related algorithms, software, and firmware.
