Shannon Lane
Biography
Overview
Shannon is an associate in the Antitrust group in White & Case's Washington DC office. Her practice focuses on complex antitrust and commercial litigation, including class actions and qui tam litigation. She has practiced in a wide range of areas, including IP, international trade, and securities. She has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation including through trial and in federal government investigations by the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and others.
She is also a member of the Firm's Business and Human Rights group, and has an extensive pro bono practice focusing on civil rights class action litigation.
In law school, Shannon served on the Submissions Review Board of the Virginia Journal of International Law and interned at the US Attorney's Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
