Biography
Simon is an associate in White & Case's International Arbitration Practice Group. He represents clients in national and cross-border arbitration and litigation proceedings.
Prior to joining White & Case, Simon gained experience at a law firm in Cologne in Corporate/M&A and international energy and infrastructure projects related to Latin America.
Simon has a particular interest in arbitration proceedings related to Latin America. He has particular expertise in matters related to Latin America as Simon has spent several years in South America.
Simon has studied law in Osnabrück, Koblenz, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf and Brussels. He regularly publishes on arbitration.
