Biography
Sofia is an Associate in the Private Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office.
She advises corporate clients, investors and private equity firms in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining White & Case as an Associate, Sofia gained practical experience by working as a research assistant and trainee lawyer for renowned international law firms in Frankfurt in the field of Corporate / M&A, Private Equity and Employment.
