Biography
Su-Yeoun is an Associate in our M&A practice group with a special focus on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures. A focus of her practice encompasses advising private equity sponsors and fast-growth technology companies.
Before joining White & Case, Su-Yeoun gained experiences in the field of M&A and real estate as an Associate and trainee lawyer at other leading law firms in Berlin, Germany and Seoul, South Korea.

Advised UniSea AS (UniSea), a portfolio company of Adelis Equity Partners, on the acquisition of Kaiko Systems GmbH, a Berlin-based maritime software company focused on data-driven fleet performance and safety.
Vulcan Energy
Advised Vulcan Energy Resources Limited (Vulcan), a leading developer of sustainable lithium and renewable energy projects in Europe, on the completion of a fully integrated project and capital solution for Phase One of the Lionheart lithium and renewable energy project in the Upper Rhine Valley, Germany, combining an approximately €800 million equity investment with a €1.4 billion multi-source project financing package

Advised US battery recycling group Ecobat on the sale of its battery recycling and specialty leas business to Clarios, a leading global provider of energy storage solutions.
