Su-Yeoun is an Associate in our M&A practice group with a special focus on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures. A focus of her practice encompasses advising private equity sponsors and fast-growth technology companies.

Before joining White & Case, Su-Yeoun gained experiences in the field of M&A and real estate as an Associate and trainee lawyer at other leading law firms in Berlin, Germany and Seoul, South Korea.
