White & Case advises UniSea on acquisition of Kaiko Systems

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised UniSea AS (UniSea), a portfolio company of Adelis Equity Partners, on the acquisition of Kaiko Systems GmbH, a Berlin-based maritime software company focused on data-driven fleet performance and safety.

The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.

UniSea is a Norway-based software and consultancy house with a dedicated shipping and offshore focus, providing market-leading HSEQ and operations-support solutions to vessels and companies worldwide.

Adelis invests in small to medium sized companies across Northern Europe, focusing on business services, tech & software and healthcare & life science, and supports businesses with strong market positions and growth ambitions.

White & Case advises Adelis on an ongoing basis on platform and add-on acquisitions.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Moritz H.
