Advising the developer sponsors (Perdaman) in relation to all aspects of the US$4 billion financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Perdaman Chemical Urea Project in Western Australia.

Advising sponsors (Neoen) in relation to on the financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance  and project financing of the 209MW Goyder South 1A Wind Farms in South Australia.

Advising sponsors (FRV) the borrower in relation to the refinancing of the Lilyvale Solar Farm in New South Wales.

Advised financiers to Australian Super and Singtel in relation to the debt financing aspects of the acquisition of the Optus Towers Network.

Advised financiers to Australian Super and Singtel in relation to the debt financing aspects of the acquisition of Axicom, Australia's largest independent mobile towers owner.

Advised financiers in relation to the financing, development, construction and operation of the Yunlin Solar Project in Taiwan.

Advised sponsors (FRV) in relation to the financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Metz Solar Farm in New South Wales.*

Advised sponsors (CWP Renewables and Partners Group) in relation to the financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance, and offtake of the Crudine Ridge Wind Farm, Sapphire Wind Farm and Bango Wind Farm, each in New South Wales.*

Advised sponsors (Genex Power) in relation to the financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance, and offtake of the Jemalong Solar Farm in New South Wales, and refinancing of the Kidston Solar Farm in Queensland.*

Advised financiers (including Export Development Canada, National Australia Bank, SMBC and Westpac) on the development and financing of the Lal Lal Wind Farm in Victoria.*

Advised the Connecting Melbourne consortium (consisting of Capella Capital, Lendlease, BMD Constructions and Decmil) on its bid for the Suburban Roads Upgrade Program PPP in Victoria.*

Advised the Exemplar Health consortium (consisting of Capella Capital, Lendlease, Spotless and Siemens) on the financing aspects of its bid for the New Footscray Hospital PPP in Victoria.*

Advised the CQC Partners consortium (consisting of Capella Capital, Lendlease, Aware Super and Watpac Construction) on the financing aspects of its bid for the Circular Quay Renewal PPP in New South Wales.*
