Terrel's practice focuses on Project and Asset Finance and he has worked on both complex domestic and cross-jurisdictional deals. Much of his experience has come from borrower-side acquisition financings, re-financings, lease arrangements and infrastructure projects among other things. Terrel also has experience working as lender’s counsel in a variety of capacities as well. His pro-bono work includes researching renewable energy projects and laws throughout the country and assisting U.S. veterans with their benefit claims.
