Tiffany Huynh is a litigation associate in the Firm's Silicon Valley office and is a member of the Intellectual Property practice group. Her practice focuses counseling pharmaceutical and technological clients in their intellectual property matters. She represents global pharmaceutical companies in various patent disputes, including in Hatch-Waxman proceedings.
During law school, Tiffany worked as a research assistant for Intellectual Property Professor, Peter Lee. Prior to law school, Tiffany worked as a Research Chemist in microencapsulation at Encapsys, LLC.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
