Tina Kostelenos is a Corporate Associate in the Firm's London office. Tina has a broad range experience in public and private transactions, including domestic, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions and general corporate advisory.

Prior to joining White & Case, Tina practiced at a leading Australian and international law firm.

Alpha Bank on its €140 million sale of its 97.3% interest in Ionian Hotel Enterprises S.A., a company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange and the shareholder of the Athens Hilton Hotel, to Home Holdings S.A.

Mizuho Securities, the Japanese investment banking and securities firm, as the financial adviser to SoftBank Group Corp. on its landmark £24.3 billion acquisition of ARM Holdings plc, the UK-based world leader in semiconductor intellectual property.

Arval (subsidiary of BNP Paribas) on its €2.4billion acquisition of GE Capital Fleet Services in Europe.

Comverse Inc on its US$400m acquisition of Acision Global Limited.

Sinclair IS Pharma plc on its £132m sale of its non-aesthetics business to Alliance Pharma plc.
