Valentine Jacob-Vives is an associate in the Litigation practice of White & Case in Paris.

Valentine focuses on complex corporate and commercial disputes for French and foreign companies operating in a wide variety of sectors. Notably, Valentine has expertise in assisting listed and non-listed companies and their management on their corporate crisis, especially conflicts related to shareholder's disputes, post-acquisition litigation as well as liability and regulatory proceedings before the French courts (civil, commercial and criminal) and regulators (such as the AMF).

Before joining White & Case in 2023, Valentine undertook several internships within major international and French law firms in Paris.
