
White & Case advises on funding for EQT Healthcare Growth’s acquisition of Biosite

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the unitranche and revolving lenders to EQT Healthcare Growth on the funding of its acquisition of Europa Biosite, a distributor of more than ten million high quality life science reagents to academic and biopharma researchers across Europe and North America, from Adelis Equity.
White & Case partner Gareth Eagles, co-head of the Global Private Capital Industry Group who led the Firm's deal team, said: "We advised the lenders on this key acquisition for EQT Healthcare Growth fund, once again demonstrating that leading players in the European direct lending space entrust their most important transactions to White & Case."
