Zoe is an associate in White & Case's Dispute Resolution Group based in London. She is a member of the Technology Disputes Group and regularly advises on complex cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration disputes.
Zoe joined White & Case as a trainee, gaining experience in the Firm's Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity, Commercial Litigation, Debt Finance and M&A Groups in London. Zoe was also seconded to the legal department of Blackstone Credit (formerly GSO Capital Partners).
Representing Meta Platforms, Inc. as a member of the team that handles all international litigation for Meta, including matters implicating international data protection, privacy, defamation, hosting provider liability and intellectual property laws. Also spending six months on secondment with their EMEA Regulatory Litigation team.
Acting for Ingenious Media in its appeal against HMRC regarding the tax treatment of a number of film production partnerships, worth in excess of £1 billion.
Acting for the founder and majority shareholder of a multinational asset management firm in a multi-million pound unfair prejudice claim from a consortium of investors.
