On Thursday 6 November, the London office of White & Case hosted a seminar titled "Covenant Lite: The Rise of a Fallen Angel." This seminar is part of the Firm's wider Autumn Seminar Series, with the theme of issues around a recovering market in 2014. Speakers included Justin Wagstaff, a New York-qualified Banking partner who has recently moved from the Firm's New York office to the London office and Jake Mincemoyer, a New York-law qualified partner who recently moved back to the New York office after over four years in the London office. Other speakers included EMEA Head of Banking, Lee Cullinane, and guest speaker from DebtXplained, Stephen Mostyn Williams.
