Due to popular demand, the deadline for participation in the 2018 International Arbitration survey has been extended from Friday 8 December to Sunday 17 December 2017.

Premise of the survey
The 2018 survey will focus on the evolution of international arbitration: comparing trends over the past few years; exploring current perceptions and hot topics; and revealing what users want from the international arbitration system in the future and the factors that will influence future developments.
As with previous surveys, we aim to research the sentiment of the international arbitration community as a whole, and not just the views of any particular group within it. We hope, therefore, to be able to represent the views of as wide and diverse a pool of respondents as possible.
What we plan to do with the results
The survey questionnaire is open until 17 December 2017. A qualitative interview phase is being conducted alongside this. If you would like to participate in an interview, please contact the White & Case Research Fellow in International Arbitration at QMUL, Adrian Hodis.
The results of the survey will be published in the form of a report in Spring 2018.
