Jonathan C. Hamilton (Washington, DC) edited The Inaugural Survey of Latin American Arbitral Institutions, working with co-authors Courtney E. Hague, Daniel A. Kapner, Alex Khachaturian and Mairee Uran-Bidegain of White & Case. Published by the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), the first-of-its-kind survey identified more than 165 arbitral institutions in Latin America as well as prominent international arbitral institutions. Previously, no single publicly-available resource has identified and surveyed Latin American arbitral institutions and their histories, commonalities and practices. The Survey presents detailed findings on 30 key arbitral institutions and the legal framework of countries throughout Latin America.
