Navigating the CFIUS Landscape

On Monday, April 16, 2018, Karalyn Mildorf, Counsel, will moderate a Trade Talk titled Navigating the CFIUS Landscape in Washington, DC, presented by The Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT) and the American Bar Association (ABA). This session will focus on national security reviews of foreign investment in US businesses conducted by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). A panel of current and former CFIUS officials will discuss recent developments and best practices for successful CFIUS reviews.

Associate Cristina Brayton-Lewis organized the event on behalf of WIIT and the ABA. She is Co-Chair of the Export Control and Economic Sanctions Committee for the Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT) and serves on the Export Control and Economic Sanctions Steering Committee for the ABA Section of International Law.
