US Tax Reform — Seminar Series: Impacts on Non-US Corporations and on Cross-Border Transactions

On December 22, 2017, US tax reform (the "Tax Act")1 was signed into law. The Tax Act will have significant implications for companies, including on their accounting and associated disclosure.

White & Case will host a Tax seminar series from 22 – 24 May on the subject of US Tax Reform. During this series our Tax partners will give an overview of the key business impacts of the US tax reform on the interaction between US and non-US players and will address the most important effects on cross-border transactions involving the US. On the basis of practical examples, we will look at the corporate and financing aspects and review essential tax structuring options.
