Inclusion practices incubator Diversity Lab has named the Global Intellectual Property Practice of White & Case LLP an "Inclusion Blueprint Champion" in its 2021 Inclusion Blueprint, a roadmap of inclusion practices known to foster greater diversity within law firms. Diversity Lab created The Inclusion Blueprint in collaboration with ChIPs, a nonprofit organization focused on advancing and connecting women in technology, law and policy.

The Inclusion Blueprint Champions designation recognizes "law firm leadership and practice groups that are proactively tracking and taking action on these and other meaningful inclusion practices," according to Diversity Lab. To be named a Champion, a firm must earn high marks on Diversity Lab’s criteria for current diversity representation, year-over-year diversity representation progress, diversity representation tracking and meaningful inclusion practices and activities.

"It’s rewarding to see our commitment to diversity and inclusion confirmed yet again by one of the key companies tracking and identifying the firms that are leading the way for more equitable representation," said White & Case Partner Arlene Arin Hahn (New York), Chair of the White & Case Global Diversity Initiative.

Diversity Lab has long acknowledged White & Case's outstanding commitment to inclusion, having conferred its Mansfield certification on the Firm every year since 2018, the certification’s inaugural year.
