Agriculture overview
Our multi-disciplinary team understands the business and legal intricacies that agriculture and agri-business companies face around the world. We help them to maintain supply chain resilience, food safety and product integrity, and to navigate sustainability and ESG obligations, climate-related risks, shifting trade patterns, sanctions regimes and regulatory scrutiny. In this increasingly complex market, we provide practical solutions that protect operations, unlock growth opportunities and position our clients to thrive.
We advise leading agrifood companies on cross-border deals, financing, IP and regulatory strategy, helping them stay ahead of sustainability, traceability and trade pressures. Our work spans acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures alongside market entry and brand protection. With integrated strength across corporate, ESG, environmental, trade, disputes and IP, we deliver clear, commercial solutions that protect operations and strengthen supply chains.
