As a valued resource for clients engaged in domestic and cross‑border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and buyouts, Ashley's wide ranging transactional experience sees him advise clients on multibillion dollar deals, to complex transactions requiring an innovative approach.
Ashley's work involves developed and emerging markets including the UK, continental Europe, the CIS, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, and across a variety of industries in particular, banking, oil and gas, electronics and aviation.
Ashley has acted for numerous international banks, multinational corporations and governmental entities, including AnaCap, Banco Itaú, Boeing Inc., Bunge, Celestica, Eton Park Capital Management, Gallup, GMAC Residential Capital, Goldman Sachs, Hess Corporation, Rolls‑Royce, Trafigura, UniCredit and Zurich Insurance.
Ashley works out of our London office. He has previously worked in the Milan, Prague and, most recently, Istanbul offices of White & Case. Ashley served as Head of Corporate in London for 5 years until 2015.
